5 touchdowns one game.   Yes I can relate to the Al Bundy anolalogy.  The highlight of my life and all downhill from there.  LOL

I played in the SMCHS VS BHS state championchip game at hughes field 1985.   It was like 17 degrees - stands were packed - we lost but it just wouldn't be the same memory if we had played on turf in a dome 200 miles away. Reply...

The community bowl is turf too! But at least it is outdoors. Reply...

Yea I was discussing this last night that there won't be a Championship weekend until there is a dome in Minot, Bismarck, Dickinson, or Williston.

Besides Bismarck is about as middle ground as you can get. The Community bowl has more than enough seating, Dickinson States's new stadiums should easily be big enough as well.

Football should be played outside, besides this turf is very hard on the body. Reply...

The problem I have with it is the fact that all of the games are in GF or Fargo no matter who is in the championchip.   Indoor games are okay but this weekend would have been great weather for a game at the community bowl.

I know alot of the class B kids have to buy special shoes just for 1 game at the domes.

Senator Conrad's largest campaign contributor over the last five years is the Davita Corporation, a nationwide health care service provider. You don't suppose all his rhetoric about co-ops is really just about kissing up to Davita's lobby and securing his campaign contributions for the next election? I'm sure Davita would prefer to compete with a feeble co-op system rather than a substantial public adversary. Reply...

Rider, there's a place call the Juneberry Patch just north of Velva. Have got them there before, all washed and frozen. But sometimes you can go there and pick the owners keep part of them and you get part of them. No climbing all over the place and trying to find them. Me, I just like to be outside and have an older gentleman in town who has shared 2 of the places he goes, can't get the rest from him. Told him to leave me a map in the will so I can go there also. LOL, he said ok. Reply...

Yes back in the late 60's and early 70's it was one of the major drugs of choice.  I just call it like i see it the drug was first manufactered to be used as a truth surym.  They could terrify someone without putting them in serious danger. Just make them think they were going to harm them.  It was dismissed because it wasn't quite as effective as they hoped it would be. Reply...
