Kyara Brown graduated from Minot state University majoring in Broadcast Journalism. She moved from Salt Lake City, Utah to Minot in 2016 on a soccer scholarship for the Beavers. She has always had a passion for journalism and reporting. Back home in Salt Lake, she spent most of her time playing for competitive and Olympic development soccer teams. She fell in love with the small-town charm of the Magic City and joined the KX News team in March of 2022. She takes pride in sharing and participating in the developments of the flourishing city.
In her free time, you can find her cooking, golfing, keeping up with her favorite TV series, or renovating the home her and her boyfriend recently purchased.
