Mckayla Lehr is native to the Minot area, where she graduated from a little high school outside of Minot. She knew she loved writing in her high school English class.
She joined KX News in early 2023, where she will continue learning more about the state she grew up in.
In her free time, Mckayla loves camping and hanging out with her husband and two daughters. She loves binge watching her favorite shows and baking on the weekends. She looks forward to hearing you stories and writing about them.
