Two Minot men are facing felony charges stemming from driving recklessly with an infant in the car.
Police in Berthold say Wade Goodale and David Roeder-Moreno, were arrested on Tuesday after a traffic stop near the Berthold Elevator.
Authorities say they discovered an infant unrestrained in the vehicle. The child was taken to the emergency room.
Goodale, the driver, now faces four charges, including child neglect and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The other man, Roeder-Moreno, was also arrested on drug possession, and was discovered to have been wanted by several other agencies.
The child was placed in protective custody.
