Williston Police say four people were bitten by a group of dogs Monday.
They say at 3:48 p.m. authorities responded to a call at Rickard Elementary.
When they arrived they found two juveniles and two adults to be victims of dog bites.
Williston P-D says they charged a man with several infractions including a misdemeanor count of having a vicious animal.
