According to law enforcement, a total of 44 vehicles were found abandoned at the Dakota Access Pipeline protest camps. Of the towed vehicles were 13 trucks or pick-ups, 12 cars, 6 flatbed trailers, 4 snowmobile sleds, 3 campers or motor homes, 2 buses and 2 vans, and a snow blade and log splitter.

Aside from the vehicles, North Dakota’s Highway Patrol logged more flight hours in the 6 months during the protests than they typically would in 4 years. That totaled up to 612 hours in 241 flights.
