I Will Fitness & Training, based out of Jamestown, conducted three goat yoga classes on Saturday.

This is the first year the studio held in Bismarck at the Kirkwood Mall. Overall, this is the sixth class the company completed with goats.

The studio partnered with the Wilson family. JS Wilson farms provided the goats.

Rachel MacDonald, who led the class, says goat yoga benefits everyone.

“Goat yoga is important because pet therapy is really huge,” MacDonald said. “It’s very therapeutic to have animals, just to see them, pet them.”

MacDonald said this was Bismark’s first ever goat yoga class.

Event organizers plan to return to the mall with baby goats in the near future.
