The North Dakota Department of Health is now accepting applications for medical marijuana dispensaries in the Grand Forks and Williston regions.
“The Grand Forks and Williston regions represent the second open application period for dispensaries, with the first round being the Bismarck/Mandan and Fargo regions,” said Jason Wahl, director of the Division of Medical Marijuana. “We anticipate entities being selected for the Grand Forks and Williston regions near the end of November.”
Applications will be accepted through October 10th.
A panel will review all complete applications. Instructions and application forms are available on the division’s website at www.ndhealth.gov/MM/.
A $5,000 nonrefundable application fee is required with all submitted applications.
In January, the health department will start taking applications for the four remaining regions – Devils Lake, Dickinson, Jamestown and Minot.
