A former West Fargo middle school teacher facing three felony charges for inappropriate behavior involving two middle school students had a low bail amount set today.

37-year-old Shannon Moser’s bond is set at $30,000 with conditions.

The State of North Dakota initially asked for her bail to be set at $250,000.

She won’t be allowed to have contact with the victims or any kids besides her own, and she will not be allowed to use social media.

The judge gave her the lenient bail because he didn’t think she’s a flight-risk.

Moser learned of the charges while in Montana and voluntarily came back to North Dakota to turn herself into the West Fargo Police Department.

She’s being charged with sex-related crimes.

She’s accused of sending explicit snapchats to two teenagers and having sex with one of them.

Moser also signed a waiver of extradition with Minnesota and Montana.

Her preliminary hearing will be August 23rd.
