Benefits of Cycling

The Minot YMCA has people coming in as early as 4:30 waiting for the doors to open.

Some of those people are the ones who faithfully come to cycling at 5:30 in the morning.

They’re not waking up this early for no good reason.

Cycling is a great form of exercise that’s easier on the joints compared to walking or running.

It involves a lot of lower body activity, but the upper body is also used to keep your balance.

According to organic, cycling boosts endurance capacity, leading to generally higher energy for all normal activities throughout the day, especially if you’re cycling in the morning.

Not only that, but cycling and spinning are among the best exercises for preventing and reducing arthritis.

If you’ve got a bike of your own, the weather seems like it’s cooperating to get out for a ride whether if it’s at the beginning, middle, or end of your day.
