Better weather means more jobs

The start of better weather means seasonal jobs will start opening up.

Job service ND says many construction jobs are already posted on their site.

Just in the Ward County area, there are more than 500 vacant jobs.

Job service says these positions vary from the medical field, teaching, mechanical positions and much more.

“Obviously our agricultural business those folks are needing again– they need CDL drivers, they need warehouse people to load and unload all the material and all the products that are needed to get our farmers out in the field and planting,” said Susan Ogurek with Job Service.

She adds that there will be a multi-industry job fair next month. Click here for more info.
