Smoothie bikes and orange juice robots.
Only a few of the things that have people excited about the Bisman Food Co-Op.
“There have been many small community Co-Ops, but we haven’t really had a space to call their own,” says T. Jacob Smude, Deli Manager at the Bisman Food Co-Op.
After a few fine tunes to their operations, the store is having a grand opening celebration all this week.
Everyday something different, from yoga classes and cooking classes.
“It’s nice to be able to come in and shop and know where your food is coming from,” says Smude.
Smude says now that it’s getting a little colder out, they’ll need to get that food from outside the state a little more.
But he says organic is still their top priority no matter what state they pull from.
