Bismarck man arrested for luring minors by computer

Bismarck Police arrested a 24-year-old Bismarck man after an online undercover operation.

An officer posed as an underage girl online. The suspect responded, and they arranged to meet at a public parking lot in Bismarck.

The suspect is already a registered sex offender for a previous offense in Washington state. He has not yet been formally charged in North Dakota for luring minors by computer but faces a class C felony.
