The Kirkwood Mall will be adding new tenants for the holidays.
More than 20 new businesses from across the country have temporarily moved in for the holiday season.
General manager, Jennifer Wilson, says they use the mall to drive traffic and sales.
"It's important to know that business is booming and that retail is not dead, it is very well alive. In our coverage shopping center we have an advantage over everyone else. We have a warm and dry shopping environment that's newly remodeled and gorgeous to shop in," Wilson said.
The mall started to add holiday tenants five years ago. The tenants will be gone by January.
