Bismarck parking ramp in need of repairs

One of Bismarck’s only parking ramps is in need of major repairs.

It was built in the early 1980s adjacent to the Radisson Hotel downtown. According to the Bismarck Parking Authority, the lifespan of parking ramps is around 50 years. To ensure the safety of everyone using it – they need to make some upgrades. The Bismarck City Commission agreed and voted unanimously in favor.

The project is expected to cost nearly a quarter of a million dollars. Construction is slated to begin at the end of the summer.
