The Bismarck Police Department wants the public aware of a man in the region impersonating an officer.

Police received a report Friday, September 8th of a man referring to himself as, “Sergeant Kevin Price,” who says he works for the “Bismarck County Sheriff’s Department, Warrants and Citations Division.”

According to Bismarck Police, not only do they not employ anyone by the name of Sgt. Price, but that there is no department by the previous name.

The impersonator told the victims that they had two misdemeanor warrant arrests in their name. Bismarck Police called the number and received no answer.
