Bismarck Woman in Critical Condition After Being Hit by an Intoxicated Driver

A Bismarck woman is in critical condition after being hit by a car Friday night.

Close to 10 p.m. a 50-year-old woman was crossing the 100 block of 3rd Street when she was struck by a driver headed northbound.

The driver is a 22-year-old man from Rugby. He was arrested for DUI.

The woman was taken to Sanford Hospital and is still in critical condition.
