Bob’s Photo closing its doors

A popular photography store in Bismarck is closing its doors. The owner has announced his retirement.

Bob’s photos in Bismarck has been open since 1979. Selling all kinds of cameras and equipment and printing photos for people all over North Dakota. But with everyone turning to Internet sales, keeping up inventory was too much to handle.

“It’s just time and our family and our employees have been with us all the time. But they’re not ready to step in and continue the huge inventory and retail sales, what it takes to do that,” said owner Bob Dolajak.

There’s a 10% sale on all cameras and 20% on merchandise. But Bob wants to remind people that their print shop will be open until the end of the year.. so you can still get your Christmas cards done.
