There was a “not guilty” plea in another sex assault case today as well.
62-year-old David Dworshak entered the plea in a Burke County Courtroom in Bowbells.
He’s accused of fondling a 12-year-old girl on two separate occasions over a year ago.
The charges came to light when the girl’s mother called social services.
The judge set a pre-trial conference for January 9th.
Dworshak faces up to life in prison if convicted.
