The Bismarck Bucks can lock up a playoff spot with a win this weekend against Salina.
Salina is currently 1-10, but the Bucks know all about “trap games.” The last time they played a lesser team, they lost to the Kansas City Phantoms. Head coach Richard Davis says while the record does not show it, Salina is not a team to be trifled with.
“They’ve taken their licks working their way through the north,” Davis said. “They don’t have as many wins as they want but that doesn’t mean they aren’t a dangerous team. They are dangerous team and we have to go on the road. That makes it even tougher.”
Bismarck and Salina kick off at 7:05 p.m. Saturday.
