The Bismarck Bucks earned their third straight win at home and first win over the Sioux City Bandits on May 6 at the Bismarck Event Center.

With five seconds left in regulation, Evan Connolly drilled a 35-yard field goal as time expired to give Bismarck a 63-61 win.

The victory pulled Bismarck’s record back to even for the season, 4-4. The Bucks also closed out their four-game homestand with a 3-1 record, winning their last three.

Bismarck lost the first two times these two teams played. They two squads will meet one more time on May 20 for the fourth and finally time in the regular season.

If they playoffs started today, Bismarck would be the No. 4 seed out of the North Division.

Next, the Bucks play their first road game since March 25 when they travel to Kansas City to take on the Phantom on May 13.
