The restaurant chain reviewed more than 450 ingredients and reformulated recipes.

Panera says deli meats, bacon and some bakery items were some of the most difficult challenges.


A new wellness center is taking shape in Mandan. The YMCA has partnered with Sanford Health to bring western North Dakota another dose of fitness. The 41-thousand square foot facility boasts aerobics studios, a daycare center and walking track; plus, plenty of fitness equipment to go around.

Anyone who already has a Y membership in the capital city is free to roam here at no cost.

The wellness center also has a physical therapy room for those aches and pains you get while working out..

A full-service clinic by Sanford Health..

Doors will officially to the public on Tuesday Jan. 17.
