Ryan Nissan is trading in its temporary home for brand new digs celebrating its grand opening this week.
The 8 million dollar project has been in the works for more than two years.
The South Broadway lot features a tablet next to every vehicle that shows its features inside and out.
Plus, a special lounge for customers..
“It’s just very fresh, it’s a very fresh looking store. I feel it’s very welcoming because it’s very open and very bright,” said Kathleen Gaddie, Ryan Family Dealerships President.
Grand opening number two this week in the Magic City.. Locally owned Clubstore Outlet opened a second location also on South Broadway.
The owners say customers can save 20-60 percent off of normal retail prices at the discount wholesale store.
“We try to have a fun environment for everybody to shop in and also, you know there’s a lot of savings along the way,” said Jacob Feil, Clubstore Managing Partner.
There are real signs of growth in downtown Mandan. Jennifer Bechtold is the new owner of Vintage Soul, a reuse and redo shop that brings back items from every era.
It opened on 2nd Avenue and east main three weeks ago.
One of Bechtold’s specialties is custom signs with unique sayings.. some just right for North Dakota.

There’s another place to get your beauty fix right around the corner. Mandan Nails sits on East main avenue across from Hardee’s. The owner says they offer all of the classic services of a nail salon, plus a new powder polish.
