Asian fusion makes its way to the Magic City.

SuduWOK is set to open it’s doors October 1st. 
The restaurant will specialize in making customized stir fry bowls. 
The idea has been two and half years in the making. 
Although they don’t open for another couple weeks they are currently hiring for all positions. 

“We feel like there’s a need for a concept like this it’s fresh foods, fresh meats, fresh vegetables, signature sauces, it’s all about choice and a lot of better for you options,” said founder Mike Sartwell. 

Sartwell is from Minot and this the first ever built SuduWOK.
