We’re celebrating National Pizza Week at the Spicy Pie in Minot, where New York style pizza is brought to the mid west.
The Spicy Pie first bakes the pizzas about 85% complete with just the dough, a thin layer of sauce, and cheese.
Then, chefs remove the pies and carefully place just the right amount of toppings before popping them back into the oven to cook to completion.
You can choose from a number of specialty pies, the classics, and even a ‘pizza of the month.’
January’s is the jalapeno popper pizza — not a bad way to celebrate National Pizza Week!
