Felony manslaughter charges have been filed against a Florida man in connection with a construction zone crash that killed three people near Crosby in August.

49-year-old William Koehler is accused of speeding and using his cell phone just before rear-ending a car that was stopped at a construction zone in Divide County.

The crash killed 31-year-old Lesley Gunderson and two of his children: 2-year-old Shayleigh and 8-year-old Shelly on Noonan.

Koehler faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted on all counts in the case.
