A Chicago man has been found guilty of selling fentanyl that resulted in a Williston man’s death.
39-year-old Yancey Myers sold heroin laced with fentanyl to a 23-year-old Williston man in May of 2017.
Myers is said to have been distributing heroin in the community since 2016.
He was caught by authorities trying to board a train in Minot heading to Chicago just two days after the young man’s death.
Myers will be sentenced at a later date.
