It’s no secret– North Dakotan’s love to volunteer.
Minot will be hosting it’s 4th annual Magic Day of Giving on September 15th.
Last year the event drew in more than 2,500 volunteers.
Each volunteer spends two hours completing service projects submitted by the community.
“After the flood in 2011 we really saw how wonderful our community was at bounding together, and the magic day of giving was really an effort to continue that spirit of volunteerism and teamwork and resiliency in the community,” said Megan Laudenschlager who is the committee chair.
