City of Lincoln facing outdoor water restrictions

The Mayor of Lincoln is asking people to not do any outside watering.
In March, a city water tank sustained damage, and its taken weeks to fix.
The Mayor asked at the end of April for people to not do any outside watering, however Mayor Wise says people have not been complying.
Because of warmer than average temperatures, Wise says people are using a lot of water and its significantly depleting water in the only remaining tank the city uses.
The city is hoping to have the tank back in use after a state test is complete, by tomorrow, or next week.
Until then Wise says people need to stop all outdoor water use.
