Getting that morning cup of coffee could actually be overall benefiting your health.
A study presented on MedlinePlus says that analysis linked moderate coffee drinking to a lower risk for developing prostate, endometrial, skin and liver cancers, type two diabetes, and liver disease.
Other studies also showed a lower risk for Parkinson’s disease, depression, and Alzheimer’s.
The biggest benefit came from drinking about three cups a day, but a nutritionist says that there still needs to be limitations.
Those limitations include less sugar, whipped cream, and chocolate.
“Now I don’t have to feel guilty about it, it’s good for me,” said Chuck Emery, Minot Resident.
“It tastes good first thing in the morning and I just continue to drink it,” said Jim Weaver, Minot Resident.
