What do you fear?

In North Dakota, most residents fear stalkers, according to data research conducted by security service ASecureLife.

Researchers looked at the most common household fears searched on, by state, in Google.

For North Dakota, the most common fear searched is “stalkers.”

In general, the most searched household fear term among all 50 states is “mold’ — it’s the top “fear” search in 11 states.

The second most common household fear searched for by America is “carbon monoxide poisoning.”

Other fears shared by multiple states include “robbery,” “peeping toms” and “fall prevention.”

For Tennesseans, the most common household fear is more otherworldly — their most searched fear is “ghosts.”
