CONTINUING COVERAGE: Police actively looking for suspect


The Bismarck Police Department is looking for 22-year-old Ulises Villalobos for attempting to run over a Bismarck Police Officer. 

Around 10:55 a.m. this morning, Bismarck Police Officers were assisting parole and Probation on the 3200 block of Montreal Street.  As one male was fleeing in his vehicle, he attempted to run over a Bismarck Police Officer.  The officer fired at the suspect vehicle.  Police are currently at the scene and actively searching for the suspect.

Villalobos is described as an Hispanic male who is about 5’9″ and 170 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. He is described as wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans. 

Police say, the vehicle he fled in is a 2013 black Chevrolet Equinox, with North Dakota license plates 166 ANF.  The vehicle has a broken driver side window and has damage to one side in the rear.

If you see this vehicle or Villalobos, contact law enforcement immediately.  Do not attempt to engage.
