A woman accused of helping her ex-husband defraud investors in a Bakken trucking scheme pleads guilty.
Sarah Creveling officially entered her plea in federal court in Bismarck to a charge of conspiracy to commit mail fraud.
She’s sentenced to 3 years supervised probation.
Court documents show that more than 389 thousand dollars has been collected for restitution in the case.
More than 492 thousand dollars worth of claims have been filed.
Creveling was married to James Henrikson.
Henrikson was convicted in a murder-for-hire case in the deaths of K-C Clarke and Doug Carlile.
Henrikson is serving life in prison.
Several charges against Creveling were dropped because of her cooperation in the Henrikson trial.
