When they can’t come to Høstfest, the dancers bring Høstfest to them.

That’s what happened at Trinity Homes this afternoon.

Dancers from Rinat’s Studio brought some of the numbers they’ll be doing at this year’s Scandinavian festival to the nursing home.

One of the favorite performances is the ski dance – where two high school age girls perform some graceful moves on skis.

One of the dancers says she’s trained for a few years and loves bringing it to people who can’t get to the festival.

(Alexie Kindy, Dancer) “I know they really appreciate it because most of them can’t really go out to the Høstfest anymore and that’s a really big thing in Minot so I think they really appreciate it here.”

The Høstfest starts Wednesday at Minot’s State Fair Center.
