DAPL protests at the North Dakota Capital

The North Dakota State Capitol is on lockdown.
The Highway Patrol says the building is on lockdown as protesters are on site.
Around 11:45 a.m. Monday a group started to gather on the grounds.
By 1 p.m. there were hundreds of people protesting.
The group is chanting and singing while marching around the lawn.
A KX News crew followed more than 100 cars up from Cannonball Monday morning on their way to the protest.
The DAPL protesters started blocking streets near the Capital around 1:05 p.m.
