Roy Askew and Dustin Iverson, two Dickinson residents charged with drug crimes involving heroin, were at the Stark County Courthouse today for their preliminary hearing and arrainment.
Iverson plead not guilty to two felony charges: delivery of a controlled substance which carries a penalty of ten years in prison and a $20,000 fine, and reckless endangerment which is five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Askew, who also plead not guilty, is charged with a single felony for delivering a controlled substance.
The two are believed to be connected to a string of overdoses and deaths in the Dickinson area back in October.
