Dickinson Public Library has something for everyone this Summer

While the parents are away at work this Summer, the kids will be able to play at the library.

The Dickinson Public Library will have a list of activities for kids of all ages to take advantage of this Summer.

Kids between the ages of six and ten can take part in educational STEAM programs on Monday,  random events for teens between the age of 11 to 17 will be held on Tuesday, story time for toddlers is on Wednesday, Lego Club is on every other Thursday for all ages, and a free family movie day on Friday.

These are only some of the activities the library will offering this Summer.

Jade Praus, Children’s Librarian at Dickinson Library, said they are also helping kids in need by offering free Summer Meals for children 18 and under on Monday.

Praus said there is always something going on at the library- both fun and educational.

“Tot Drive-ins are for fun. Some of them are fun, but a lot them we try to get educational things in there for the kids”.

Praus said all the activities and events are free to the public
