The Bismarck Emergency Food Pantry is in need of your help, especially during this time of season.
They are looking for volunteers and more food donations such as canned goods, vegetables, soups, and more.
The food pantry is a non-profit that solely runs on donations and volunteers.
Co-Chair, Gail Leary, says it is a great resource in the community to help those in need.
“I think it is really important because we not only get the unemployed people, but underemployed people who have jobs but they still don’t have enough income to get good food,” said Leary.
Last year the pantry served 5,194 people and gave out 121,889 dollars worth of food.
