Dickinson Police have identified the 22-year-old man killed in Sunday’s accident as Rudy Garcia.
Garcia was killed while walking on the West Business loop near 8th St. West.
The driver, Michael Bracamonte is in custody but has yet to be formally charged in the incident.
Bracamonte will have a bond hearing at 10:00 MT at the Stark County Courthouse in Dickinson.

Police say around 2:45 a.m. Sunday the victim was traveling on foot on the West Business loop near the intersection with 8th St. West when a northbound vehicle struck him.
The vehicle was operated by 23-year-old Michael Bracamonte of Dickinson.
Bracamonte initially left the scene immediately following the collision, but later returned.
The victim died at the scene.
Authorities say alcohol was a factor and the investigation is ongoing.
Bracamonte has been arrested and charged with vehicular homicide.
