The Williston Fire Department is looking for your help ‘filling the boot’ tomorrow.

The charity drive raises funds to benefit people suffering from muscular diseases.

Donations will help kids from North Dakota attend the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s summer camp free of charge.

(Sue Wiger, Muscular Dystrophy Association Area Director) “All of us who have kids or grandkids, we know how expensive summer camps can be. MDA’s average cost per child is $800 to $1000. So we rely completely on donations, sponsorships, and things like our Fill the Boot to help make that happen.”

The Williston Fill the Boot will be held tomorrow from 10am to 4pm in front of Cash Wise Foods, and then again from 6pm to 8pm at the intersections of University and 11th Street, and 16th Avenue and 26th Street.
