Food Truck Extravaganza raises money for National Bible Bee participants

Whether you like spicy foods or sweet foods, food trucks are an on-the-go option to fix your craving. Food trucks gathered in one location so residents could see some of the options Minot has to offer. Local bands entertained the attendees with music as they enjoyed their food and wandered the park. The Schwerins have been to food truck festivals in the past, but this was the first time they had been to one in North Dakota.

“What looks the best that we like. We kind of stick to the same foods– guilty of that, and what works well for our daughter, that we can share with her,” says Alex Schwerin, Manna Food Truck Extravaganza Attendee.

The proceeds from the ticket sales will go towards helping local children attend the National Bible Bee in Texas.

This food truck festival (the Manna Food Truck Extravaganza) is unrelated to the Minot Food Truck Festival.
