Fort Lincoln: From History to Horror

It’s officially Halloween season. Fort Lincoln is already in the Halloween spirit and is getting ready for their 17th Annual Legendary Fear Event.

Fort Lincoln will open their doors this Friday and offer 4 different haunted attractions. New this year is a redesign of their spooky Wild West Circus and an Extreme Haunt Guard House. There will also be a zombie paintball attraction.

Interpreting Coordinator for Ft. Lincoln, Matt Shanandore, says this will be the scariest year yet. KX News asked Shanandore if the park was actually haunted though.

“Well some say it is that its actually haunted. We have had rumors and not necessarily sightings but things that have been heard over the years since the Custer House has been reconstructed. It could be paranormal activity we are just not so sure,” says Shanandore.

We’ll leave the haunting up for interpretation…
