Guilty Pleas For Minot Man Result in Prison Time

“You’re lucky you weren’t shot.”
That’s how the judge summarized the cases against a Minot man who was sentenced in a plea deal today.

Among the crimes Paul Henrikson pleaded guilty to was a trespassing case where, Judge Doug Mattson said, he could easily have been shot by the property owner.
The reult of Henrikson’s pleas to six felonies is a sentence of two years in prison followed by three years probation.

Henrikson admitted to terrorizing, theft, carrying a concealed firearm, and several other crimes.
He’ll be serving his time at the state penitentiary.
