A Washington State man says he’s guilty of holding up a Stanley bank last year.
Jeremy Maines answered ‘guilty’ to each of five felony counts against him in district court in Stanley this afternoon.

As part of a plea deal, one other charge was dropped.

Maines admitted stealing about $13,000 from the American Bank Center 15 months ago.
The prosecution is recommending a sentence of 12 years in prison on the robbery charge.

In addition, he would be sentenced to five years on each of four counts of terrorizing, since he used a gun in the crime and there were four people in the bank at the time.
The defense plans to argue for a shorter sentence when sentencing is held on October 31st.
