City of Bismarck declares Emergency Declaration


The City f Bismarck has declared a local disaster emergency.

The City in a statement Sunday, March 15 said the preparedness, response and recovery from COVID-19 requires a whole of government and whole of community approach.

Mayor Steve Bakken declared the emergency and signed the notice.

“The virus has the risk of substantially endangering the health, safety and property of the citizens of Bismarck,” says a statement from Mayor Bakken.
