A historical building that was standing in the flood plain had to be moved in Minot.
Home Sweet Home originally moved across the street and now the final move has been made.
The building moved backwards about fifty feet to the new permanent spot.
Home Sweet Home is considered a historic building and do to historical regulations the building had to be moved while preserving its integrity.
That caused the move to cost around six-hundred thousand dollars.
The city owns the building but has not decided how it will be used in the future.
