A sober living home opens a new building in Jamestown.
Hope manor is opening it’s first men’s home in Jamestown on December 1st.
It’s a sober living home for people who struggle with addictions and are in the process of recovering.
There are three homes in Bismarck for men, women and women with children.
Director at Hope Manor, Judith Roberts, says these homes give people a second chance at life.
“It helps people who are really committed in making recovery their number one recovery. It gets them off the street, and it get’s them out of those unhealthy environments and it gives them a chance to focus on their recovery and rebuild their lives,” Roberts said.
