The Bismarck High Demons swept Minot on Breast Cancer Awareness Night at the Clem Kelley Softball Complex on May 12.
In the bottom of the first, Felicity Blair singled to center to plate the first run of the ball game.
Later in the inning, Emily Omvig double to right center field with two runners aboard. Both runners scored to give Bismarck at 3-0 lead.
Maddie Steckler was the next batter. She single to bring home Omvig.
Bismarck won the first game 7-4. They won the second game 8-6.
The Demons’ record improves to 19-7 overall and 15-7 in the WDA. Their next game is May 13 against Legacy.
