James Henrikson’s ex-wife pleads guilty in investment scheme


A woman who federal prosecutors say helped her ex-husband defraud investors in a Bakken trucking scheme pleads guilty.
Sarah Creveling officially entered her plea in federal court in Bismarck to a charge of conspiracy to commit mail fraud.
She’s sentenced to 3 years supervised probation.
Court documents show that more than $389,000 has been collected for restitution in the case.
More than $492,000 worth of claims have been filed.
Creveling was married to James Henrikson.
Henrikson was convicted in murder-for-hire in the deaths of KC Clarke and Doug Carlile.
Henrikson is serving life in prison.
Several charges against Creveling were dropped because of her cooperation in the Henrikson trial.
