This day-before-Høstfest includes a special noon-time gathering – the joint service club meeting – where special visitors to the festival are welcomed.

New hall of fame member Stein Ove Fenne was a guest speaker.

The Tupperware executive talked with the club members about his success in the business world.

Ove Fenne says he is thankful to have been given the opportunity to pursue the American Dream when he came to the states at just 16-years-old.

He says he is also grateful to be inducted to the Scandinavian-American Hall of Fame.

(Stein Ove Fenne/President, Tupperware North America) “As a Norwegian, as a Scandinavian, it is a tremendous honor because I feel like coming from Europe and coming with the values and heritage, the traditions, we can bring a lot to this nation but also to the world with the core values of our leadership style and our motto.”
